AI automation for contractors. Less office work, more jobs.
I help contractors and subs get found, answer leads fast, and stop drowning in paperwork. You run the jobs. I’ll handle the tech.
You got into this to build, not to do paperwork at 10 p.m. Between chasing leads, updating customers, scheduling crews and retyping the same job info into three places, the office work never ends. And while you’re on a jobsite, the lead who called goes with whoever answered first.
What I do for contractors

- Local SEO and your Google Business Profile, so you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do
- Showing up in AI search too, when people ask ChatGPT who to call
A website that makes it easy to hire you
- Your best work up front, and an easy way to request a quote or bid
Take the office work off your plate
- Lead follow-upA new lead gets a reply right away, lands in your system, and you get a text, even after hours or when you’re on a job.
- Customer updatesSchedule changes and job status go out without you making the calls.
- Crew remindersWho’s where, and when, sent automatically.
- PaperworkEstimates, invoices and work orders that fill in from the job info you already have.
- DeadlinesBids, submittals and permits tracked so nothing slips.
- Bid and spec helpAI reads a long spec book or bid package and pulls out what you need. You check it before it counts.
Software that fits how you run jobs
- When the apps you’re paying for don’t fit, I build one that does. See custom software
Honest about AI
Not every contractor needs AI. Sometimes a simple text reminder does the job for less. I’ll tell you which.
Real work, in progress.
A Wyoming construction company
They were paying tens of thousands of dollars a year for one time card app. I’m building them a platform they’ll own: time cards, project management, job tracking, and job applications that flow straight in from their website. Built in stages, for about what they used to spend on that one app.
“They are an excellent, cost-effective, and professional company to work with!”
“They follow up regularly to make sure we’re pleased with everything.”
How it works
- 1
Let’s talk.
It’s free. Tell me what’s eating your time.
- 2
Get The Plan.
A paid deep dive: what to fix first, what it costs, what it saves, and what I’ll need from you.
- 3
I build it and keep it running.
You approve anything before it touches a customer.
What it costs
You’ll know the price before I start, and what it should save you. If it won’t pay for itself, I’ll tell you not to do it.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. That’s my job.
Will it work with the software I already use?
Usually. I’ll confirm before I price it.
I’m a small crew. Is this worth it?
Small crews are often where it helps most, because the owner is usually the one doing the office work.
Do you work with subcontractors?
Yes. Subs, general contractors, and trades from HVAC to painting.
Will AI talk to my customers on its own?
Not unless you want it to. By default, a person approves anything customer-facing.
