Take the busywork off your plate.

I connect the tools you already use so information moves on its own. Where it helps, AI handles the repetitive steps, and a person checks the work.

Your team spends hours on work a computer should do. Copying leads from email into a spreadsheet. Retyping the same info into three apps. Chasing the same follow-ups. Building the same report every Monday.

What I automate

  • LeadsA form fill lands in your CRM, sends a follow-up and texts you, all at once.
  • PaperworkQuotes, invoices and work orders that fill themselves out.
  • Follow-upsReminders and check-ins that go out on time, every time.
  • ReportsThe Monday numbers, built and sent without anyone touching them.
  • Your apps, talkingYour website, email, CRM and accounting sharing information instead of making you retype it.

Where AI fits

Some steps need a little judgment: reading an email to see what the customer wants, drafting a reply, summarizing a long document. AI can do that first pass. A person approves anything that goes to a customer. And sometimes AI is overkill. If a simple rule does the job for less, that’s what you get.

Automation or custom software?

Automation connects the tools you already have. Custom software replaces them with one that fits. Not sure which you need? That’s what the first call is for.

How it works

  1. 1

    Let’s talk.

It’s free. Tell me what’s eating your team’s time.

  2. 2

    Get The Plan.

A paid deep dive: which tasks to automate first, what each costs, what it saves, and what I’ll need from you.

  3. 3

I build it and keep it running.

We test it together before your team relies on it.

What it costs

You’ll know the price before I start, and what it should save you. If it won’t pay for itself, I’ll tell you not to do it. Apps change, so ongoing monitoring is available monthly.

Real businesses. Real work.

“I recommend him to anyone who needs an AI expert but doesn’t know who to trust. He’s the real deal and will help you learn how to be better, faster, and stronger in your business!”

Questions people ask

What tools do you use?

Whatever fits the job, from off-the-shelf connectors to custom code. You don’t need to learn any of them.

What if one of my apps changes and something breaks?

It happens. On a monthly plan, I watch for it and fix it.

Will AI send things to my customers on its own?

Not unless you want it to. By default, a person approves anything customer-facing.

Whose accounts is this set up in?

Yours. Your logins and your data stay in your name.

Do I need to replace my current software?

No. Automation works with what you already have.

Every month you wait costs you work, time or money. Let’s talk.
